Everything we disclose across this website, collected in one place. If anything here conflicts with a funding contract you have signed, the contract controls.
This is not a loan
Green Light Legal Funding, LLC provides consumer legal funding. We purchase a portion of the potential proceeds of a consumer's legal claim and the consumer assigns a contingent right to those proceeds. This is not a loan, not a line of credit, and not an extension of consumer credit.
Funding is non-recourse
Our right to repayment exists only against the proceeds of the claim. If the claim recovers nothing, nothing is owed. We do not pursue consumers personally, and the specific terms are set out in each written funding agreement.
We are not a law firm and give no legal advice
No one at Green Light is your attorney. Nothing on this website, and nothing said to you by anyone here, is legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. We do not evaluate the merits of your claim for you, tell you what it is worth, or advise you whether to settle.
No referrals, no referral payments
We do not refer consumers to attorneys and we neither pay nor accept referral fees or commissions with attorneys or law firms. California law prohibits those arrangements.
We do not control your case
We take no part in the handling or settlement of any claim. California law prohibits a consumer legal funding company from influencing settlement decisions or conditioning funding on a consumer changing counsel.
Nothing here is an offer, and approval is not guaranteed
Nothing on this website is an offer or commitment to fund, or a guarantee that any request will be approved. All funding is subject to review of the individual claim, the cooperation of the consumer's attorney, and a signed written agreement. Amounts and terms vary by case.
We make no promises about timing or outcome
We do not promise a decision or funding within any particular period, and nothing on this site predicts what any claim is worth or how it will resolve. Case timelines depend on factors outside our control, including how quickly a law firm provides documents.
Your written agreement controls
All terms, including the total amount payable, are disclosed in the funding contract before signing, along with the right to cancel. Read it, and review it with your attorney. If a number in a contract was never explained to you, do not sign it.
California law
Consumer legal funding in California is governed by the California Consumer Legal Funding Act, Business and Professions Code sections 6250–6256, effective January 1, 2026. Descriptions of the law on this website are general information, not legal advice, and are not a complete statement of the statute.

We do not publish client testimonials, reviews, ratings, or endorsements on this website. Any such content appearing elsewhere under our name was not placed by us.
Privacy and your information
We do not sell personal information. How we collect, use and share it, and the privacy rights available to California residents, are set out in our Privacy Policy. Use of this site is governed by our Terms of Use.
